These fresh, mild goat cheeses are handmade on the farm in the French tradition, using milk from our prize-winning herd of happy dairy goats. The first cheese we made back in 1976 was our Classic Fresh Chevre, still a customer favorite, and a versatile cheese that can be incorporated into exotic, gourmet meals, or enjoyed at a backyard barbecue. Over the years we have created a variety of fresh chevres that are now found in gourmet shops and restaurants throughout New England.
Classic Fresh Chevre
This is our original, soft, fresh, tangy, mild, goat cheese. Pasteurized goats milk.
Black Peppercorn & Garlic
Our fresh chevre mixed with fresh garlic, then rolled in cracked black peppercorns. One of our most highly-acclaimed fresh cheeses!
Pink Peppercorn
Classic chevre coated with pnk peppercorns. The brightness of the pink peppercornin flavor and color is a cheery spot on the cheese plate.
Herbed
Our frresh chevre is mixed with a special blend of Hebes de Provence. The lavendar lends a clean bright taste to the cheese. No garlic in ths chevre. Pasteurized goats milk.
Rosemary & Pink Peppercorn

Dill & Garlic
